Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking a proactive Change Management Analyst to support adoption of business, technology, and process changes. You will assess impacts, engage stakeholders, coordinate communications, and monitor readiness across user groups.

You will work with Change Managers, PMs, BAs, Product Owners, and learning teams to ensure change activities are structured, timely, and measurable, aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change or related programs.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and readiness assessments.
• Ability to translate complex transformation information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain structured change plans, trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate communications and learning activities for stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Change Management Analyst to support the successful adoption of business, technology, process, and organizational change initiatives. The role will assess change impacts, engage stakeholders, coordinate communications and learning activities, and monitor readiness and adoption across affected user groups. The Change Management Analyst will work closely with Change Managers, Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, communications teams, learning teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that change activities are structured, timely, measurable, and aligned with program objectives

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change, digital transformation, technology adoption, process improvement, or related programs.
• Practical experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communications, and training coordination.
• Ability to translate complex transformation information into clear, audience-appropriate communications and presentations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize qualitative and quantitative information and identify actionable insights.
• Experience maintaining structured change plans, trackers, dashboards, logs, and governance materials.
• Good understanding of project delivery lifecycles and Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with reporting or survey tools is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities
