Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a People and Culture Executive for on-site roles in Abu Dhabi to support school operations across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as a first point of contact for school-based colleagues, handling payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding and contract administration.

The successful candidate will manage employee records, assist with visa processes, and contribute to employee relations and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of People and Culture experience.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and payroll processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll cycles by reviewing attendance reports.
• Process new joiners, terminations, salary revisions and updates in payroll systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate MOHRE and ICP visa and government applications with HQ.
• Assist with onboarding, induction sessions and offboarding tasks.
• Support employee relations cases and investigations per policy.
• Prepare P&C reports and dashboards.
