Help AG is seeking a talented People, Performance & Culture Analyst Intern to work with the HR team on analyzing people data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Willingness to learn HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining HR data (headcount, attrition, performance, engagement).
• Support preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Track and monitor KPIs linked to people performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Generate recurring HR reports (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc).
• Translate data into insights and simple visualizations to support decision-making.
• Assist in documenting HR processes and data definitions for clarity.
• Maintain accuracy of data within HRIS.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to performance management, engagement surveys, culture programs, and talent development.
