Job summary

Help AG in Dubai is seeking an Associate - Resident Resources to support deployment and management of contractual IT security resources across customer environments. You will oversee end-to-end resourcing lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding, contracts and offboarding.

This role covers CV screening, interviews, visa processing, security clearances, travel arrangements, and records maintenance, with hybrid work and growth opportunities within a leading cybersecurity partner.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/BA/IS/CE or relevant industry experience
• Customer and team-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with collaboration capability
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE and CICPA requirements
• Proficient with Office 365, ITSM and HRMS systems
• PMI Project Management Framework knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resident resource lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, timesheets, offboarding
• Advertise vacancies on career portals and LinkedIn/Naukri
• Coordinate with agencies for sourcing and shortlisting
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and liaise with customers
• Support onboarding: security clearances, visa processing, relocation
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, IT asset allocation, deployment
• Handle customer onboarding requirements, including SAP Ariba/Fieldglass
• Maintain accurate employee records: personal, contractual, compensation, performance
• Administer contracts, SOWs, and Change Requests
• Track and collect timesheets for deployed resources
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resource coordination

Help AG is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate - Resident Resources who will be part of the Talent Acquisition and People, Performance & Culture team, supporting the deployment and management of contractual resources assigned to customers' IT security functions. The role will oversee the end-to-end resourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering, recruitment, onboarding, contract and commercial administration, and offboarding or reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end resident resource lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, leave management, timesheets, and offboarding.
• Advertise vacancies on company career portals and job platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing and shortlisting.
• Facilitate CV screening, interview coordination, and selection with customers.
• Support onboarding activities, including security clearances, documentation, visa processing, and employee relocation.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, orientation, IT asset allocation, and customer-site deployment for new resources.
• Process customer onboarding requirements, including security clearances and SAP applications (Ariba & Fieldglass).
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal, contractual, compensation, and performance details.
• Administer resource contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests (CRs).
• Track and collect timesheets for customer-deployed resources.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and coordination for resident resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration / Information Systems / Computer Engineering or relevant industry experience
• Customer and Team-focused attitude
• Active listener, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others.
• Knowledge and understanding of the UAE Labor Laws, Immigration, MOHRE and CICPA requirements, procedures, and limitations.
• Expert skills in the use of productivity tools such as Office 365, ITSM, HRMS Systems, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of the PMI Project Management Framework would be good to have.
• Significant experience of stakeholder and communication management
• People-management & conflict-management
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to influence and manage customer expectations.
