Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a dynamic Transformation and Operational Excellence Director to lead improvements within People and Culture with a focus on HRIS and data analytics. You will develop strategies to optimize service delivery and foster a data-driven culture across People Operations.

In this role you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, leverage technology, and drive performance through continuous improvement and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement with transformation focus.
• Proven track record leading large/mid-scale transformation in HR Shared Services.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, analytics, and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions (HRIS, case management, workflow automation).
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and project management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment; drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transformation and operational excellence strategy for People Operations.
• Lead identification, analysis, and redesign of People processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement culture across People & Culture; enhance service delivery.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to automate processes and improve data management.
• Design and deliver comprehensive People data analytics solutions for actionable insights.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs; track progress against goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Transformation and Operational Excellence Director to lead and drive significant improvements within our People and Culture function with a strong emphasis on HRIS and Data Analytics. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize HR service delivery enhance efficiency and drive a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with People and Culture leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities implement best practices and leverage technology to transform our People Operations.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation and operational excellence strategy for People Operations and Solutions aligned with the overall People and Culture and business objectives.
• Process Optimization: Lead the identification analysis and redesign of People processes to streamline workflows eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within People & Culture implementing methodologies such as Lean Agile or other best practices to enhance service delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Technology Enablement: Evaluate recommend and implement technology solutions to automate processes improve data management and enhance the employee experience.
• Data Analytics: Ensure to design and deliver comprehensive People data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights support decision-making and drive People effectiveness.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance identify areas for improvement and track progress against goals.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes technologies and organizational changes..
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with People partners CEOs functional leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs communicate progress and ensure alignment on transformation initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Build lead and develop a high-performing team of operational excellence professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple complex projects related to People Operations / Solutions transformation ensuring on-time on-budget delivery of results.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure People Solutions and operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies and identify and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations shared services or process improvement with a focus on transformation and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large/mid-scale transformation initiatives in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Deep understanding of HR processes best practices HR Data & Analytics and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions (e.g. HRIS knowledge/case management systems workflow automation tools).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Agile) and project management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Specific HR Technology e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle ServiceNow.
