Job summary

Help AG is seeking a Cyber Automation Intern to contribute to Automation & AI initiatives within the Cyber Automation Team under MSS. The role focuses on FortiSOAR, Python development, and AI model work.

The incumbent will learn AI tools and frameworks, assist in demonstrations and testing, and collaborate with peers and customers to advance automation efforts in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Solid Python programming knowledge and AI development basics.
• Familiarity with AI models, LLMs, and data manipulation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Automation & AI initiatives within Help AG Cyber Automation Team.
• Work on code development (primarily Python) and FortiSOAR integration.
• Assist in development and training of AI models and related demos.
• Document features, test functionalities, and support MSS operations.

Job description

Help AG is looking for a Cyber Automation Intern who will be responsible for contributing to Automation & AI initiatives being taken by Help AG Cyber Automation Team. The candidate will be working on tools and technologies primarily FortiSOAR, Python, AI/ML Models and APIs required for AI initiatives. The Cyber Automation Intern will be a part of Cyber Automation team under Managed Security Services (MSS) unit.

Responsibilities

• Working on Agentic AI, AI tools and frameworks required to automate MSS Operations.
• Working on code development (primarily Python) and FortiSOAR (SOAR Solution)
• Helping in development and training of AI models as/when required.
• Helping with demonstrations of the solutions, testing the functionalities and documentation.
• Working with Cyber Automation team to achieve the goal.
• Learning tools and technologies required for AI based Automation and implementing them.
• Research and suggest new ideas about AI and automation.
• Keep track of the latest advancements in AI research, tools, and frameworks and share with team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a closely related degree.
• Good knowledge of Python programming language and other languages common in AI development.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Familiarity with AI Models, LLM and other models/libraries.
• Familiarity with Multi-models, Role based models, RAG and Prompt engineering.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy is a plus.
• Understanding of Cyber Security concept is a plus.
• Active interest and willingness to work on AI and Cyber automation initiatives.
• Problem solver attitude - ability to think critically and solve problems related to AI challenges.
