Flynn and Chase is partnering to hire a Private Equity Analyst in Abu Dhabi. The role covers the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to execution, with hands-on exposure to live private equity transactions and portfolio value-creation initiatives.

We seek 1–2 years of top-tier experience, exceptional LBO skills, and a strong academic record from a leading university. Relocation and visa support are provided for the right candidate, who will join a lean, high-calibre team in a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience at an elite investment bank M&A or top-tier private equity firm.
Exceptional LBO modelling and analytical skills.
Strong academic background from a leading university.
Sharp commercial judgement and genuine passion for private equity.

Responsibilities

Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co-investments.
Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models; run scenario analyses.
Lead due diligence (commercial, financial, operational) on target companies.
Prepare investment committee memos and deal materials for live transactions.
Collaborate with senior investment professionals on cross-border deals and portfolio monitoring.
