Job summary

PER, a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Associate to join a high-calibre investment team. The role involves the full transaction lifecycle, including origination, execution, and portfolio management.

You will build and analyse financial models, lead workstreams, and interact with management teams, industry experts, and investment partners. Relocation to UAE on a full-time basis is required.

Qualifications

• Experience on the buyside in private equity for a tier 1 firm is essential.
• Prior investment banking or consulting exposure welcomed.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier university.
• Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management.
• Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making.
• Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners.
• Working alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities.
