Qualifications

• Experience in the M&A or sector team of a top-tier investment bank or in private equity.
• US market experience is desirable but not essential.
• Native-level or business fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management.
• Developing and analysing financial models.
• Leading certain workstreams and acting as the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners.
• Collaborating with other top-tier asset managers/private equity funds on co-investment opportunities.
