Job summary

Flynn and Chase partners with a leading global alternative investment manager to hire a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi. This partner-led firm oversees vast assets and offers exposure to buyouts, growth equity, and co-investments within a global mandate.

You will build LBO/DCF models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos while working directly with senior professionals on live transactions across sectors. Relocation and visa support are provided.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience at elite M&A bank or top-tier PE.
Exceptional LBO modelling and analytical skills.
Strong academic background from a leading university.
Deal intuition, commercial judgement and passion for PE.
High attention to detail in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi with relocation supported.

Responsibilities

Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co-investments.
Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models with scenario analysis.
Lead due diligence on target companies (commercial, financial, operational).
Prepare investment committee memos and deal materials.
Work with senior investment professionals on live PE transactions across sectors.
Monitor portfolio performance and support value-creation initiatives.
