The role spans the full transaction process (sourcing, analysis, execution), due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring, negotiation and portfolio monitoring. Requires a private equity or investment-banking background and full-time Abu Dhabi residency.

Key responsibilities include: involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, including sourcing, analysis and execution; due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation; preparation of investment-committee materials; and monitoring portfolio-company performance and recommending corrective action.
