Responsibilities

• Own the upkeep and maintenance of the data pipeline, focusing on payer data health and timeliness.
• Ingest and standardize member rosters and claims data from payers.
• Make architectural decisions for database, schema design, and Snowflake environment structure.
• Administer Snowflake infrastructure, including provisioning and access management.
• Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines with monitoring and alerting.
• Oversee the Git environment, including repository and permissions management.
• Partner with Finance and Payer Account Management to align on data needs and definitions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
