Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with data files and pipelines (CSV, SFTP, encryption/PGP).
• Exposure to dbt, Python, or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data vault, or warehouse monitoring.
• Knowledge of healthcare, PBM, or claims data and PHI/HIPAA handling.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Snowflake loads, file ingestion, and scheduled jobs to ensure data processes run without error
• Operate and maintain data-lake, SFTP file movement, and Azure Data Factory pipelines
• Triage failures, rejected files, and data-quality issues in a timely and documented manner
• Build and maintain tables, views, and dbt models under the guidance of the Data Warehouse Manager
• Assist with Snowflake administration, including role management and security SOP adherence
• QA loaded data and reconcile discrepancies across source systems
• Maintain clear documentation for pipelines, data sources, schedules, and SOPs
