Network International is seeking a role focused on end-to-end wage protection system services within the Direct Issuing Unit. The role covers client onboarding, payroll processing, exception handling, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure compliant, timely service delivery.

The candidate will work with multiple departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and uphold strong internal controls and data accuracy.

Qualificações

• Experience in wage processing and payroll file handling.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in salary processing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage salary client onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and related documentation.
• Validate and monitor payroll files and salary-disbursement instructions.
• Coordinate rejected transactions, exceptions, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Respond to customer queries and service requests within service levels.
• Maintain operational controls, evidence, trackers, and audit documentation.
• Support compliance with salary processing requirements and records standards.
• Assist with prepaid and debit card issues, complaints, and chargebacks.
• Assist in data analysis to improve efficiency and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Technology, and others to resolve issues.
