Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll processes across multiple sites in the UAE. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and benefits while maintaining strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS.

You will manage employee records, run regular payroll reports, assist with audits, and support HR with attendance, leaves, and terminations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
Professional certification in Payroll, HR, or Finance is an advantage.
3–6 years of payroll administration or payroll accounting experience.
Experience processing payroll in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll regulations, WPS, gratuity calculations, and payroll best practices.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for employees across locations.
Ensure accurate salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
Validate inputs from attendance, leave, timesheets, and shift records.
Process final settlements, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service benefits per UAE Labour Law.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and master data.
Coordinate payroll schedules and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and management summaries.
Generate payroll cost reports to support budgeting and workforce planning.
