Job summary

VATBOX Tax Agency is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple client accounts in the UAE. The role requires ensuring timely salary disbursements, WPS compliance, and accurate leave records.

The ideal candidate has UAE payroll experience, knowledge of WPS and labour law, and proficiency in SAP or ADP. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with WPS and UAE labour law.
• Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, ADP, or similar).
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

We are hiring a Payroll Executive to handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client accounts. You will ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintain WPS compliance, and manage employee leave records.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with solid UAE payroll experience and knowledge of the Wage Protection System (WPS).
