Job summary

IML General Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking an HR Administration and Payroll specialist to manage monthly payroll with WPS, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven UAE payroll experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, experience with HR/payroll systems, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Administration and UAE Payroll, including WPS payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems and strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including strong WPS payroll submissions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage employee records attendance leave and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Respond to employee HR and payroll queries.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports as required.
