Job summary

Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai) seeks a Payroll and Employee Relations Officer to manage monthly payroll, HR system administration, and employee relations across the university. The role serves as a key contact for employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, allowances, benefits, and general inquiries.

Also handles HCM system administration, NOCs, and HR documentation. The position focuses on accurate payroll processing, policy guidance, and maintaining confidential HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• HR qualification such as CIPD/SHRM is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar HR/payroll role.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly payroll processing in coordination with Finance.
• Act as main point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and HR data in the system.
• Prepare and issue employment-related documents (letters, certificates).
• Support HR audits, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
