Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of payment operations, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment with business objectives
• Develop and lead a high-performing payments team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the payments team for continuous improvement
• Define strategies for payment optimization, cost reduction, and transaction success rate improvements
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage fraud risks in collaboration with compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, banks, and financial institutions
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, report on performance, volumes, and costs
• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to enhance payment processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to innovate and launch new payment products
• Manage hundreds of millions of dollars in monthly iGaming transactions across multiple PSPs
