FAB in the UAE seeks a senior Payments Product leader to drive end-to-end commercialization of cross-border payment propositions and tokenization initiatives across local and international markets.

You will engage regulators, lead market campaigns, and work with Digital, IT, Sales and Platforms teams to ensure client-centric, compliant payment solutions across FAB locations. Strong P/L and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience driving product launches and P/L ownership in payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure with delivery focus.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of CBDCs, tokenization, and virtual assets is essential.

Aufgaben

• Drive commercialization of cross-border payments propositions.
• Strategize and launch campaigns to gain market share in cross-border payments.
• Work on Blockchain/Tokens/Partner bank propositions and use cases.
• Drive tokenization/CBDC agenda and internal buy-in.
• Contribute to commercialization of FABAccess and track FX as income.
• Engage with regulators and industry forums for new digital wallet/payments solutions.
• Coordinate with Digital, Platforms/IT/Operations for end-to-end product functioning.
• Lead regional RFPs to ensure seamless, client-centric payment propositions.
