Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager, Global Payments & Reporting to lead the development and execution of our global payments infrastructure across CFD/FX and crypto platforms.

You will drive multi-currency and crypto payment flows, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable payment operations across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payments, fintech, brokerage, financial services, or crypto environments.
• Experience with PSPs, banking partners, gateways, settlements, reconciliations, and fraud prevention.
• Experience managing cross-border, multi-currency payment flows and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global payments initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-efficient payment solutions across markets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support payment operations and platform performance.
• Manage a global payments framework with regional/local requirements.
• Monitor payment performance, partners, platforms, and channels.
• Support payment integrations, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.
• Ensure multi-currency fiat and crypto payment activity is supported where applicable.
• Prepare payment-related reports and insights for management.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and operations to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
