Job summary

Avanza Solutions in Dubai seeks a Senior Program Manager for banking technology programs. This on-site role leads end-to-end delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures governance, risk, and regulatory alignment with client objectives.

You will drive stakeholder engagement with senior banking leaders, shape program scope and timelines, monitor milestones and budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement of Avanza’s digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills within banking or financial services environments.
• Expertise in digital banking solutions, core banking processes, payments, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder management and client relations with senior business and technical leaders.
• Requirements analysis, process mapping, risk assessment, and problem-solving to drive scalable program outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring across product, engineering, and operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, integration projects, and modern digital platforms including AI and automation.
• Academic background in business/finance/technology; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a strong advantage.
• Proven success delivering large-scale banking/fintech programs; able to work on-site in Dubai in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
