Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking an experienced Credit Facilities Manager to oversee the approval, encoding and accuracy of credit limits across local and international branches. You will guide a team to ensure timely processing of day-to-day transactions and maintain compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in banking with progressively senior managerial responsibilities in credit facilities.
• Experience enforcing SOPs, DOA and regulatory guidelines within banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Authorize/process/encode credit limits and ensure accurate detailing into bank systems.
• Maintain CCIB obligor details per UAE and international branches.
• Prepare day-to-day transactions, loan memos, settlements and related memos.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs and regulatory guidelines.
• Support Team Leaders in workload distribution and staff training.
