Responsabilités

• Payment processing and staff expenses within SLA (5 working days).
• Ensure payments are posted to correct GLs and cost centers with proper coding.
• Maintain 99% accuracy for payments and ensure approvals.
• Reconcile GL accounts under FCD AP and monitor control activities.
• Handle month-end closing entries and post journal vouchers.
• Respond to payment-related queries within the agreed TAT.
• Produce on-demand reports and perform analyses.

Role :Payment Processor

KEY METRICS:

• Invoice Payment Error Rate: <1% of invoice volumes
• Expenses Booking Error Rate: <1% of invoice volumes
• Invoice Processing TAT: <5 working days
• Query Response TAT: <5 working days

Key Accountabilities of the role

1-Payment Processing:

• a.Process payments / staff expenses within the agreed SLA (5 working days)
• b.Ensure payments / expenses are processed accurately and correctly to proper GLs and cost centers and correct GL coding
• c.Process payments accurately 99% accuracy levels
• d.Ensure all payments processed are suitably approved
• e.Ensure all payments / staff expenses processed are within policy
• f.SAP Arabia clearing all the exceptions

2-Reconciliation and Control

• a.Reconciliation of GL accounts under ownership of FCD AP
• b.Reconciliation activities for control purposes
• c.Monitor and reconcile CWIP
• d.Closely Monitoring Cash advance and liquidated
• e.FCD Map Reconciliation

3-Month end activities

• a.End of month closing: post-closing entries (monthly & yearly) for prepaid & accrued general expenses and reconcile them with GL.
• b.Posting all journal vouchers with proper tracking
• c.Monitoring expenses according to the providing details by business

4-Query Resolution

Respond to payment related queries within the agreed TAT

5-Reporting:

Miscellaneous on demand reports and analysis

6- Other duties assigned by the Line Manager .
