Job summary

Sightspectrum is seeking a Payment Operations Manager (Team Lead) to drive end-to-end payment operations. You will oversee the team, coordinate with Finance, IT, and banking partners, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years in payment operations or financial services with leadership experience, plus strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Payment Team, providing direction and support.
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services) and external stakeholders (banks, vendors).
• Monitor SLA compliance and manage escalations.
• Prepare and present periodic performance and risk reports.

Job Description:

The Payment Operations Manager leads the end-to-end payment operations team, ensuring smooth execution of all payment activities. This role acts as the bridge between the business, IT, and banking partners, while managing escalations and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Payment Team, providing direction and support.
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services) and external stakeholders (banks, vendors).
