Role Context

The Healthcare Events Executive will bring HealthHub services closer to residents, corporate partners, educational institutions, and community organizations across Dubai. The role combines office-based planning in Dubai Festival City with regular onsite event delivery at malls, exhibitions, workplaces, and public venues. Effective execution will increase brand visibility, generate patient enquiries, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure every activation reflects Al-Futtaim Health 's professional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan healthcare exhibitions, wellness campaigns, roadshows, public awareness initiatives, and community activations.
• Manage each event from initial concept and approval through execution, evaluation, and final reporting.
• Prepare event plans covering objectives, audience, schedules, resources, staffing, logistics, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, equipment, branded materials, transport, permits, and operational requirements.
• Ensure every activity is delivered on schedule, within the approved budget, and according to brand standards.
• Manage several events, meetings, and outreach initiatives simultaneously without losing control of deadlines.
• Represent HealthHub at shopping malls, corporate offices, schools, exhibitions, and community venues.
• Engage professionally with patients, families, corporate clients, suppliers, healthcare partners, and members of the public.
• Explain HealthHub services, specialties, campaigns, and available healthcare solutions accurately.
• Support patient acquisition by converting event interest into qualified enquiries, appointments, and follow-up opportunities.
• Build productive relationships with community groups, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and event partners.
• Act as a visible brand ambassador for HealthHub and Al-Futtaim Health during all external activities.
• Maintain an annual calendar of events, campaigns, exhibitions, and community outreach programmes.
• Prepare event briefs, presentation decks, activity schedules, supplier instructions, and stakeholder updates.
• Obtain supplier quotations and coordinate purchase requests, approvals, contracts, and payment documentation.
• Monitor event expenditure and maintain accurate budget-tracking records.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with clinical, administrative, marketing, and operational teams.
• Confirm that equipment, screening stations, promotional materials, displays, and digital resources are ready before each event.
• Conduct onsite checks and resolve logistical or operational problems during live activities.
• Track attendance, enquiries, engagement levels, appointments, leads, and other measurable event outcomes.
• Prepare post-event reports covering performance, costs, stakeholder feedback, and return on investment.
• Maintain organized records of approvals, quotations, schedules, invoices, supplier communication, and event results.
• Use Canva and presentation tools to prepare visual materials, proposals, and event communication.
• Apply Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and approved AI productivity tools to improve planning and reporting.
• Support urgent campaigns and changing operational priorities while maintaining professional standards.
• Gather community feedback and share useful insights with healthcare, marketing, and management teams.
• Protect confidential patient and business information during external activities and reporting.

Ideal Profile

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in event management, event coordination, community engagement, corporate activations, public relations, hospitality events, or healthcare outreach. Applicants must demonstrate practical experience independently managing events from planning through delivery. Previous responsibility for venues, suppliers, staffing, schedules, budgets, promotional materials, and post-event reporting is expected. Healthcare industry exposure would be highly valuable, particularly experience with medical exhibitions, wellness events, corporate health programmes, patient outreach, or public awareness campaigns. The role requires a polished and professional individual who enjoys meeting people and can communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, patients, suppliers, corporate clients, and public audiences. Fluent English communication is essential, while strong Arabic language ability would be an advantage. A UAE driving licence and access to personal transport are highly desirable because the position involves regular travel to events across Dubai.
