Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to manage the end-to-end patient journey in a premium aesthetic clinic. The role requires excellent communication and a patient-focused approach to deliver a seamless clinic experience.

The successful candidate will coordinate schedules with doctors and nurses, handle inquiries across channels, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with patients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinic patient coordination or a related patient-facing role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Farsi is an advantage.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare clinics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey from inquiry to follow-up.
• Welcome patients with professional, attentive service.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with clinicians and staff.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in person.
• Explain available treatments, packages, and clinic services clearly.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional Patient Coordinator to join our client's aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in patient coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a seamless experience for patients throughout their journey with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment follow-ups
• Welcome patients and provide professional, attentive, and personalized assistance throughout their clinic experience
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other clinic staff
• Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person communication
• Explain available treatments, packages, appointments, and clinic services clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate patient information, appointment records, and follow-up schedules
• Build strong relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female candidates below 40 years old preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic patient coordination or a similar patient-facing role
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Farsi is an advantage
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare clinic is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills
• Professional appearance with a strong customer-service and patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic environment
• UAE clinic experience is highly preferred
