Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking an on-site reception/billing associate at our hospital in Sharjah. The role focuses on greeting patients, directing them to the right departments, handling calls, and supporting appointment coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage patient registrations, assist with insurance information, and process payments and invoices while ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist patients professionally.
• Experience handling telephone inquiries and coordinating appointments.
• Knowledge of hospital billing and patient payments and privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle telephone inquiries and coordinate callbacks with the respective doctors/nurses.
• Manage appointments including no-shows, rescheduling, and confirmations.
• Register new patients and keep records up to date.
• Provide information about medical insurance and collect payments (co-pays).
• Process patient invoices for services and ensure charges are accurately recorded.
