Job summary

Noctrix Health is seeking an Insurance Reimbursement Specialist to lead access and reimbursement for our novel DME device in the UAE. You will work closely with insurers, patients, and healthcare providers to streamline prior authorizations and claims processing.

The role requires deep knowledge of medical device reimbursement, collaboration across teams, and the ability to educate internal stakeholders on coverage criteria and documentation needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, healthcare or marketing.
• 5+ years of healthcare sector experience (pharmaceuticals or medical devices).
• Minimum 2+ years in medical device reimbursement involving DME products.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for insurers regarding access and reimbursement for our novel DME device.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training materials, tools and resources.
