Job summary

PPOAR in Al Shamkhah City, Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our renowned restaurant team. You will deliver high-quality pastries and desserts, follow recipe guidance, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The role calls for strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with food safety standards, ovens, and mixers. Previous pastry chef experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pastries and desserts to customers.
• Mix ingredients according to instructions and maintain a clean safe kitchen.
• Prepare doughs, fillings and other components of the menu.
• Monitor baking times and decorate cakes; plate desserts.
• Manage inventory, plan menus and cost estimates for recipes.
• Order supplies and collaborate with kitchen staff.
