PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and present high-quality pastries, bring innovative ideas, and work under pressure to maintain top standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, strong culinary skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while training junior pastry staff and supporting the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent culinary skills and great attention to detail.
• Creative approach to pastry making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries.
• Oversee production process and maintain safety standards.
• Train other pastry chefs and assist Head Chef with kitchen management.
