Dubai Golf is seeking a talented Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team in Abu Dhabi. You will prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads and confections while upholding quality, hygiene and consistency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts.
• 2–3 years of experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume catering.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, bake, and present pastries, desserts, cakes, breads and confections to standards.
• Manage daily pastry section operations and mise en place for service.
• Maintain HACCP, hygiene and safety standards across the pastry area.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and collaborate with other culinary teams.
