Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Creative eye for presentation and plating.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, including breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
