Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and ensure proper portion, presentation, and garnish.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer and thaw in the refrigerator; maintain food logs.
• Inform Chef of excess items and menu specials; coordinate with Food & Beverage staff.
• Prepare and cook according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Follow safety policies, keep uniforms clean and professional; protect company assets.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as requested.
