Key Responsibilities

• Pick commercial vehicle spare parts accurately according to picking lists issued by Parts Advisors.
• Ensure the correct parts are selected, packed, labelled, and prepared for workshop jobs, retail counter requests, or inter‑branch transfers.
• Support timely parts availability for heavy‑du‑ty truck service operations and aftersales requirements.
• Perform goods movements in line with warehouse procedures and update required systems accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and store parts in the correct bin locations to maintain organized warehouse flow.
• Check part numbers, quantities, packing condition, and location details before issuing items.
• Record inventory discrepancies, damaged items, missing parts, or wrong stock movements in the system.
• Support cycle counts, stock counts, full inventory checks, and reconciliation activities when required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following bin discipline, stock rotation practices, and parts handling procedures.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and ready for daily parts operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures for picking, packing, goods movement, storage, stock issue, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisors, warehouse staff, workshop teams, and supervisors to resolve parts availability or picking issues.
• Handle spare parts carefully to avoid damage, wrong issue, misplacement, or unnecessary delays.
• Support fast‑paced warehouse operations while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Report process gaps, stock irregularities, safety concerns, or housekeeping issues to the relevant supervisor.

Ideal Profile

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in parts warehouse, inventory, stores, logistics, or material handling operations.
• Experience in an automotive parts, commercial vehicle, or heavy‑du‑ty truck parts environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of spare parts warehouse processes, material flow, picking lists, packing, stock movement, and bin locations.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems or Electronic Parts Catalogues is an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory handling, parts storage, receiving, issuing, and stock count support.
• Strong attention to detail when checking part numbers, quantities, labels, and warehouse documents.
• Able to follow instructions, work procedures, and inventory control standards consistently.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with warehouse, parts, and workshop teams.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and willing to support busy aftersales operations.
