Job summary

Meta Global Solutions UK is seeking a dynamic professional to manage partner relationships and develop new business collaborations in Dubai, UAE. The role covers end-to-end partner management, from first contact to closing, with a focus on proactive outreach and onboarding.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance the partner experience and drive results in a fast-paced environment. A 3-year sales background and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years sales experience required.
• Experience in partner/relationship management or account management.
• Strong communication, persuasion, agile and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What you'll do:

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with our existing partners and strengthen relationships for the long term
• Develop new business partnerships; manage the full process from first contact to closing
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners through cold outreach and networking
• Coordinate the onboarding and activation processes for new partners
• Resolve partner requests and issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance the overall partner experience

We'd love to work with you if you:

• Have experience in business development, sales, account management, or partner/relationship management
• Have 3 years sales experience
• Have strong cold outreach and prospecting skills, with the ability to turn cold leads into closed partnerships
• Possess strong communication, persuasion, agile and relationship-building skills
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Have a results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented work style
• Can work with self-discipline in a fast-paced environment
