Responsibilities

• Maintain the partnerships pipeline/CRM (Monday.com) and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinate meetings, briefing documents and partner correspondence.
• Track partnership agreements through Legal and Finance review through to signature.
• Support reporting on pipeline activity and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal Partnerships teams and consolidate regular updates.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the partnerships lifecycle.

6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Dubai

A leading organisation in Dubai is looking for an experienced Partnerships Coordinator to join on a 6-month contract, supporting the Partnerships function across coordination, pipeline management and partner engagement.

This is a high-priority requirement with an immediate start.

Key Requirements

• Available to start immediately or at very short notice
• UAE National (UAEN) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates currently on their own UAE visa are welcome
• Candidates holding a freelance/consultancy visa or own consultancy licence are also welcome
• Previous experience in partnerships, business development, stakeholder coordination, programme coordination or a similar role
• Strong organisational, follow-up and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing trackers, CRM systems and multiple actions/workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities
