Mind Base Education is recruiting a remote Secondary Mathematics Teacher to deliver live online instruction for grades 6–12. The role emphasizes interactive, student-centered learning with a pre-established online curriculum and small class sizes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education or a related STEM field and is comfortable with EdTech tools such as Desmos, GeoGebra, Kahoot, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or degree qualification in Secondary Mathematics Education, STEM, or a related discipline (educators from traditional, online, or homeschool backgrounds are welcome).
• Solid grasp of middle and high school math concepts ranging from Grade 6 foundational math up to pre-calculus and calculus.
• Experience or high familiarity with interactive digital math platforms and EdTech tools (e.g., Desmos, GeoGebra, Kahoot, Zoom).
• Strong cultural empathy and ability to connect with neurodivergent learners, gifted students, and international families.

Responsibilities

• Delivering scheduled live, synchronous math lessons via Zoom and the school LMS.
• Facilitating small-group or 1:1 support sessions.
• Using interactive digital tools to drive conceptual understanding.
• Guiding students through foundational math up to pre-calculus/calculus.
• Assessing coursework and offering actionable feedback.
