Lever, Inc. is seeking an Event Marketing Manager (Part-Time) based in United Arab Emirates. This fully remote role covers Europe and requires managing events end-to-end across conferences, webinars, roundtables, and more.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align events with go-to-market priorities and generate qualified leads. Key responsibilities include researching opportunities, budgeting, logistics, lead handovers to Sales, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Hands-on experience in event marketing or related marketing fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar from research to follow-up.
• Research HR, People, Mobility, and industry events across Europe.
• Manage multiple events with timelines, vendors, logistics, and accommodations.
• Plan proprietary events: roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, and meetups.
• Manage webinars and digital event programs with partners and customers.
• Drive attendance and lead generation through pre-event outreach and on-site engagement.
• Prepare internal teams with briefings, materials, and schedules.
• Attend select events and represent the organization with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align events with GTM priorities.
• Continuously evaluate event performance and identify improvement opportunities.
