Mira Construction is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer to lead international lead generation for Dubai off‑plan real estate. This remote freelance role requires hands-on planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns while aligning with sales and creative teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for real estate or off‑plan property projects.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified international real estate leads.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads and audience targeting, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat and other paid advertising platforms.
• Generate high‑quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off‑plan real estate projects.
• Execute campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa.
• Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs including CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate, Booking Rate, and ROAS.
• Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and continuously improve campaign targeting and performance.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters and developers to create high‑converting ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and assets.
• Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion APIs, and other tracking tools.
