Job summary

Vhernier in the UAE is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing, communications and PR activities under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager. This part-time role, 2.5 days per week, is based in Dubai and suited to someone organized, proactive and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Around 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or events.
• Experience or strong interest in luxury, jewellery, fashion or premium retail.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of the local marketing and communications plan.
• Act as day-to-day contact with the PR agency; follow up on requests and track activity.
• Coordinate press and influencer activity, including product loans and mailers.
• Compile press coverage and activity reports for the Manager and HQ.
• Support the preparation and on-site delivery of events, boutique activations and client experiences.
• Support local social media activity, including content planning and captions.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials using the Vhernier templates.
• Support English and Arabic copy and localisation for client-facing materials.
• Coordinate CRM gifting and client gifts with supplier quotes and HQ coordination.
• Follow up with suppliers on briefs, quotations, samples and timelines.
• Raise and follow up Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP; keep supporting docs in order.
• Support budget tracking and spend monitoring for marketing.
• Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, assets and press coverage.
• Support boutique openings and retail projects with press materials and event logistics.
• Liaise with internal Richemont teams including Finance, Procurement and HR as required.
