Job summary

Vhernier in Dubai is seeking a part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support daily local marketing, PR and events activities under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager. The role is hands-on, requiring organisation, proactivity and a bias for learning, with responsibilities spanning press liaison, influencer follow-up, social media, assets, and event support.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in marketing/PR, an interest in luxury jewellery, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, communications, PR or events.
• Experience or strong interest in luxury, jewellery, fashion or premium retail.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage; willingness to learn is required.
• Good MS Excel, PowerPoint and Office skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in day-to-day local marketing and comms delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day contact with the PR agency; follow up requests and track activity.
• Coordinate press and influencer activity, including product loans and mailers.
• Compile press coverage and activity reports for Manager and HQ.
• Assist with events, boutique activations and client experiences on-site.
• Support local social media with content planning and captions; align with Maison guidelines.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials using the official Vhernier template.
• Assist with English and Arabic copy and localisation for client-facing materials.
• Coordinate CRM gifting and client gifts with operations in the UAE.
• Follow up with suppliers on briefs, quotations, samples and timelines.
• Raise and follow up Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP; maintain documents.
• Help keep the marketing budget tracker up to date and track spend.
• Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, assets and press coverage.
• Support boutique openings and retail projects with press materials and event logistics.
