Job summary

We’re hiring a PR & Marketing Coordinator to join Andrea Wazen in Dubai.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in luxury fashion who understands the day-to-day workings of PR, communications and brand marketing.

The role will report directly to the Founder & Creative Director and will support the execution of the brand’s communication and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting PR and marketing activities across the brand
• Pitching collections, products and brand stories to fashion editors and publications
• Managing relationships and communication with editors, stylists and media contacts
• Coordinating press sample loans, send-outs, returns and tracking
• Managing gifting and product seeding
• Preparing and sharing press materials, imagery and product information
• Coordinating with external PR agencies and partners
• Supporting launches, events, collaborations and brand activations
• Monitoring press coverage and maintaining PR reports
• Assisting with broader marketing and communication projects as needed

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience within luxury fashion
• Previous experience in PR, communications or marketing
• Understanding of the luxury fashion press process
• Experience handling press samples and product loans
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Good understanding of luxury brand positioning
• Proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on
• Based in Dubai / UAE

This is a full-time, Dubai-based role reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director.
