Job summary

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to manage cross‑functional marketing projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, budget‑friendly execution. You will brief and develop localized content for social, digital, media and PR, attend Maison shoots, and support HQ in day‑to‑day PR, CRM and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, budgeted delivery.
• Brief and create localized content for social, digital, media and PR.
• Attend and coordinate Maison shoots.
• Brief PR agency for local press releases; proof and edit.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR & media agencies and other partners.
• Assist in developing strategic MEA marketing plans and ExCo presentations.
• Support 360 degree communications across Media, Press, Digital, and Social.
• Collaborate with HQ on day‑to‑day PR, digital, and CRM activities.
• Plan social media execution with local titles.
• Prepare briefs, proposals, and reports for marketing projects.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Reporting To: PR and Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Management: Coordinating with different stakeholders, internal and external, on projects to ensure qualitative and timely execution of work and ensuring tracking of quotes/invoices to meet budget objectives (per activity basis)
• Assist in briefing and creating localised organic, native and editorial content that resonates with the region for different purposes: social/digital/media/PR
• Attend and coordinate Maison shoots
• Briefing PR agency for the development of local press releases, followed by proofing and editing. Press releases range from topics of key events, collaborations and locally launched initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders (PR & Media agency, production agencies and all other marketing related third parties on a daily basis)
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the MEA region (Strat plan + Exco presentations) / Brainstorming sessions and ideas
• Assist in executing 360 communication plans – Media/ Press/ Digital/ Social
• Work closely with HQ on a day‑to‑day basis (PR/ Digital/ CRM)
• Working/ planning on social media execution plans with key local titles
• Competitive analysis reports
• Working on brief's, proposals, and reports for marketing projects

Profile

• 2‑4 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity
• Excellent communication skills, and relationship management with suppliers and partners
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to details
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Proactive and passionate

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication, or similar
• Admin/logistical skills
• Graphic design skills are a plus (Adobe)
