As an IT Support Specialist, you will handle remote and on-site support, install and configure systems, networks, printers, and peripherals, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field, at least 2 years'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
