Apparel Group in Dubai seeks an experienced production supervisor to plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules across bottling lines, ensuring on-time dispatch and continuous operation.

You will monitor critical parameters (TDS, pH, microbiological safety), ensure GMP/SOP compliance, and coordinate with maintenance for minimal downtime. Lean methods and 5S will be promoted on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and dispatch requirements.
• Monitor and ensure uninterrupted operation of bottling lines (Rinsing–Filling–Capping, labeling, shrink wrapping).
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to BIS, FSSAI, GMP and SOPs in production and packaging.
• Monitor parameters like TDS, pH, and microbiological safety with QA.
• Record production data, OEE, and downtime analysis.
• Train staff on safety, hygiene, and process improvement.
• Promote 5S and lean manufacturing on the floor.
• Maintain production records, batch reports, and material consumption logs.
