Job summary

National Food Products Company (Nfpc) LLC is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise daily bottling and packaging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production in our Abu Dhabi facility.

The role requires 3–5 years in beverage or FMCG manufacturing, a relevant diploma or degree, and strong leadership with KPIs such as OEE, throughput, and waste reduction. You will coordinate line workers, manage changeovers, and uphold GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in food technology, mechanical/industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of production experience, preferably in bottled beverages or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of bottling/beverage production lines and related KPIs (OEE, downtime, waste).
• Experience with line changeovers, cleaning, sanitation, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators and line workers during assigned shifts.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to the production schedule.
• Ensure production targets, output volumes, and efficiency KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor bottling, filling, capping, labeling, coding, packing, and palletizing operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct line start-up, changeover, shutdown, and product changeover activities.
• Identify production losses, bottlenecks, and quality issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene and company SOPs are followed.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and production consumables.
• Ensure effective manpower allocation across production lines.
• Train, coach, and motivate production operators to improve performance.
