Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a driven Sales Officer – Owner’s Representative to lead and coordinate property sales activities in Dubai. You will manage broker networks, ensure marketing alignment, and support negotiations through to closing while monitoring market trends for opportunities.

The role requires a minimum of five years in real estate sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience dealing with real estate brokers, agencies and property investors.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner's interests throughout the property sales process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with external brokers and monitor sales performance, lead generation and conversions.
• Oversee listings, marketing materials, pricing and sales presentations to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage inquiries, follow up with buyers, and support negotiations through to closing.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and market intelligence for management.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance and customer relations to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
