Job summary

Maseera is seeking a driven Sales Officer / Owner's Representative to manage and coordinate sales activities for our Dubai developments. You will oversee relationships with brokers and agencies, ensuring marketing and sales align with the owner’s objectives and brand standards.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management, with experience in Dubai's real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience dealing with real estate brokers, agencies, and property investors.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner's interests throughout the sales process and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and sales partners.
• Coordinate with external brokers and monitor lead generation, conversion, and performance.
• Oversee property listings, marketing materials, pricing information, and sales presentations for brand consistency.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries, follow up with prospective buyers, and support negotiations to closing.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
