Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr seeks an Outlet Manager / F&B Manager to supervise operations, ensuring high service and product consistency. You will promote exceptional guest service, coordinate between service teams, and help recruit and hire team members.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality degree and at least two years in luxury hotel fine dining and all-inclusive operations, with strong loyalty program knowledge and proficiency in Opera and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of two years in fine dining and all-inclusive luxury hotel operations is an asset.
• Service-oriented with high guest service skills; ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and use of Opera and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager / F&B Managerwith operations, such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products.
• Provides exceptional service to guests, promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room, and leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Ensures all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications

• •Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
• •Minimum of two (2) years of fine dining restaurant and "All inclusive'' operations experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
